The day has finally arrived as the ionic Renault Duster brand is set to make a comeback in India. Interestingly, the French automaker has skipped the second-gen Duster and decided to introduce the third-generation model featuring a modern design language, advanced tech and new powertrains. Official images, features and engine specifications will be revealed in just a few hours. Until then, here are all the key details we know so far.

New Renault Duster 2026 – Design Highlights
The India-bound 2026 Renault Duster will look slightly different from the globally available model. However, it will retain its signature upright stance, massive body cladding, roof rails and strong character lines. The SUV will continue to offer a commanding road presence.
Measuring nearly 4.3 metres in length, the new Duster will feature LED headlamps with eyebrow-shaped LED DRLs featuring Y-shaped elements, sporty bumper and Renault lettering across the grille. The side profile will be adorned by the newly-designed alloy wheels, pronounced squared-off wheel arches, and window line similar to the predecessor.
At the rear, the new Duster will sport C-shaped LED taillamps, Y-shaped DRL elements and, a roof mounted spoiler. Unlike the previous generation, the new model will be based on Renault’s CMF-B platform.
New Renault Duster 2026 – Interior & Features
Official details will be revealed in just a few hours. However, the 2026 Renault Duster is likely to feature an all-black or dual-tone interior theme similar to the global-spec Duster. It might come with a newly-designed dashboard, a driver-focused centre console and hexagonal-shaped AC vents.
On the feature front, the all-new Duster is expected to offer a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a 360-degree camera, wireless charging, a panoramic sunroof, ADAS suite and more.
New Renault Duster 2026 – Engine Options
Reports suggest that the 2026 Renault Duster SUV lineup will be offered with petrol engines only. Renault might use the 1.3L HR13 turbo petrol producing 156bhp along with a 1.0L petrol unit. The latter one will be borrowed from the Renault Kiger, but could be tuned for generating a higher state of performance for the Duster. Both manual and automatic gearboxes are likely to be offered.
