Hyundai Motor India Limited has recorded total sales of 70,347 units in September compared to 64,201 units in the corresponding month previous year. It accounted a YoY (year-on-year) growth of 10 percent. The carmaker sold 51,547 units in the domestic market with SUVs contributing the highest-ever share to its total sales.
The Hyundai Creta emerged as the top-selling Hyundai, achieving its best-ever monthly sales of 18,861 units. Meanwhile, the Hyundai Venue posted its highest sales in the past 20 months with 11.484 units sold. The carmaker revealed that its cumulative exports grew 17% YoY with 99,540 units between April -September 2025 period.
Despite its strong overall performance, Hyundai slipped to the fourth position among India’s largest car manufacturer, behind Tata Motors (59,667 units) and Mahindra & Mahindra (56,714 units).

Hyundai Creta & Venue Price Cuts
Following the GST 2.0 reforms, both SUVs have received significant price cuts. The Hyundai Creta’s prices have been reduced by up to Rs 72,145, while the Venue has become more affordable by up to Rs 1.23 lakh.
With the new GST benefits, the Creta lineup is now available within the price range of Rs 10.72 lakh – Rs 19.30 lakh and the Creta N Line ranges between Rs 16.34 lakh – Rs 19.94 lakh.
The Hyundai Venue is currently offered at a starting price of Rs 7.26 lakh, and its top variant costs Rs 12.04 lakh. The Venue N Line comes in four trims – N6 MT, N6 AT, N8 MT and N8 AT – priced at Rs 11.11 lakh, Rs 11.83 lakh, Rs 11.94 lakh and Rs 12.66 lakh, respectively. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom.
