Maruti Victoris Sees First Price Hike

Must Read

Launched in mid-September, the Maruti Victoris midsize SUV has received its first price hike. However, the price revision is limited to the top-end ZXi+ (O) MT and AT variants. Both these trims have become costlier by Rs 15,000, effective immediately. Initially, the Victoris lineup was introduced in six trim levels, priced from Rs 10.50 lakh to Rs 19.99 (ex-showroom). These were introductory prices, and bound to increase after a certain period.

Before the price hike, the Victoris ZX+ (O) was available at Rs 15.82 lakh for the manual, Rs 17.77 lakh for the automatic, Rs 19.22 lakh for the automatic AWD and Rs 19.99 lakh for the strong hybrid eCVT variants. Maruti Suzuki also offers a monthly subscription plan for the midsize SUV, starting at Rs 27,707. This plan includes the cost of the SUV, maintenance, registration, insurance and roadside assistance. In its very first month of sale, the carmaker dispatched 4,261 units of the Victoris across its Arena dealerships.
