Maruti Suzuki Cars Now Cheaper by Up to Rs 1.30 Lakh

Maruti Suzuki has officially passed on the benefits of the GST 2.0 reforms to customers, resulting in a price drop of up to Rs 1.30 lakh across its Arena and Nexa lineup. The entry-level Maruti Alto K10, Celerio, WagonR, S-Presso and Ignis are now available at a starting price of Rs 3.70 lakh, Rs 4.70 lakh, Rs 4.99 lakh, Rs 3.50 lakh and Rs 5.35 lakh, respectively.

The prices of the Maruti Swift and Baleno hatchbacks have been reduced by up to Rs 84,600 and Rs 86,100, respectively. The former is now priced at Rs 5.79 lakh, while the latter comes at a starting price of Rs 5.99 lakh. Buyers can purchase the Dzire and Tour S at Rs 6.25 lakh and Rs 6.23 lakh, respectively.

In the SUV segment, the Maruti Fronx is now affordable by up to Rs 1,12,600 and is priced from Rs 6.85 lakh onwards. After the GST price cut of up to Rs 1,12,700, the top-selling Maruti Brezza is available at a starting price of Rs 8.26 lakh. The Grand Vitara prices has received a reduction of up to Rs 1,07,000, and is now available at Rs 10.76 lakh. Meanwhile, the base variant of the Maruti Jimny now costs Rs 12.31 lakh.

Maruti Suzuki’s MPVs – Ertiga, XL6 and Invicto – are now cheaper by up to Rs 46,400, Rs 52,000 and Rs 61,700, respectively. Prices of the Maruti Eeco prices have been reduced by up to Rs 68,000, while the Super Carry gets more affordable by up to Rs 52,100.
