The Mahindra Vision T SUV concept has finally been unveiled alongside the Vision S, Vision X and Vision SXT concepts at an event in Mumbai. This new concept previews an evolved version of the Thar.e concept, which first broke cover in August 2023. The production-ready model of the Vision T concept will arrive sometime in 2027, and is likely to be a part of the Thar family.
Design Highlights
Visually, the Vision T appears more rugged and aggressive than the Thar.e, especially at the front end. It features a two-part grille with horizontal slats as we have seen in the Thar Roxx. The headlamps have squarish lighting element flanked by two vertical elements. The same design pattern will be seen on the taillamp clusters. Design elements such as pronounced wheel arches, squarish bonnet, bonnet latches all-terrain tyres and a tailgate mounted spare wheel further enhance its muscular appearance.
Based On Mahindra’s New NU.IQ Platform
The Mahindra Vision T will be one of the first models to be based on the brand’s all-new NU.IQ platform, which made debut alongside the Mahindra Vision concept SUVs. This new flexible architecture supports multiple powertrains, drivetrain (FWD and AWD) and LHD and RHD configurations. It’s also claimed to offer the best-in-class commanding seat height, ground clearance and cabin space.
Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition Launched
Mahindra & Mahindra has also introduced the BE 6 Batman Edition in collaboration with Warner Bros. Based on the Pack Three trim, this special edition has been priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Only 300 units of the Batman Edition will be sold in India. It comes in an exclusive Satin Black colour scheme and features 20-inch alloy wheels, a custom Batman decal on the doors and Alchemy Gold-painted suspension components and brake callipers. Several Batman series inspired elements inside the cabin give it a unique and stunning appeal.
Bookings for the Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition will open on August 23, with deliveries commencing on September 20, 2025.
