These offerings simplify the transition to EVs by making them more dependable, accessible, and affordable, while strengthening key ownership drivers such as battery performance, assured resale value, 24/7 roadside assistance, and intelligent connected features. By providing a holistic ecosystem that delivers convenience with performance, VIDA ensures that customers can fully embrace and experience the benefits of electric mobility.

Launched in time for the festive season, these initiatives reaffirm VIDA’s commitment to empowering riders with worry-free, future-ready mobility solutions.

Assured Buyback

From assured buyback plans that offer financial certainty, to VIDA Edge which offers advanced digital connectivity and unlimited fast-charging benefits, VIDA’s value-added services are designed to optimize the total cost of ownership and instil long-term confidence. All of this is further strengthened- by India’s largest EV charging network of over 3,600 stations, ensuring a worry-free ride for every customer.

BaaS

Expanding this ecosystem further is VIDA’s disruptive Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription. This flexible ‘pay-as-you-go’ model allows customers to finance the scooter chassis and battery separately, reducing high upfront costs into affordable and convenient monthly payments. By offering greater choice and flexibility, BaaS redefines accessibility and delivers a smooth and future-ready riding experience.

Comprehensive Extended Warranty
To provide customers with greater peace of mind, VIDA has introduced a Comprehensive Extended Warranty package offering coverage up to 5 years or 75,000 km. Alongside this, a dedicated battery warranty coverage up to 5 years or 60,000 km ensures long-term performance and reliability. Together, these warranties reinforce VIDA’s commitment to robust product durability, engineering excellence, and customer trust.

Extended Battery Warranty
Recognizing the critical role of the battery in EV performance, VIDA now offers extended battery warranty. This coverage safeguards riders against unexpected expenses from battery degradation or performance issues even under diverse weather and usage conditions.

Assured Buyback
To address one of the biggest concerns for EV buyers—resale confidence—VIDA now offers an Assured Buyback plan. After three years of ownership, customers can return their VIDA scooter and receive up to 67.5% of the original effective ex-showroom price. This transparent and hassle-free exit option makes upgrading or transitioning smoother, while also reinforcing trust in the scooter’s long-term worth.

Connectivity and Charging Subscription
To make every day riding smarter and more convenient, VIDA now offers a bundled Connectivity and Fast Charging Subscription. This allows customers to access VIDA’s growing charging network while also unlocking a suite of intelligent connected features through the mobile app. Riders can monitor battery health, locate charging stations, access ride statistics, and enjoy over-the-air software updates for a seamless and tech-forward experience.

Roadside Assistance
VIDA’s 24*7 Roadside Assistance service ensures riders are never left stranded. Covering issues such as flat tires, discharged battery, and mechanical faults, this nationwide service provides on-demand support and towing, offering riders peace of mind no matter the time or location.
