Mahindra & Mahindra is all set to launch the updated versions of its three popular SUVs in the coming days – the Thar 3-door, the Bolero and the Bolero Neo. All three SUVs are expected to receive noticeable feature upgrades and design enhancements, while retaining their engine options. Let’s take a look at the key details of these upcoming Mahindra SUVs we know so far.
2025 Mahindra Thar Facelift
Spy images reveal that the new Thar facelift will feature a newly-designed front grille, new headlamps, slightly revised bumpers, new alloy wheels and revised taillamps, many of which will be borrowed from the Thar Roxx. The cabin will be upgraded with several new features carried over from the Thar Roxx including a new digital instrument cluster, a larger touchscreen infotainment system, wireless phone charger and ventilated front seats. Powering the 2025 Mahindra Thar will be the same 152bhp, 2.0L turbo petrol, 2.2L turbo petrol and 1.5L turbo diesel engines.
2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo Facelift
The updated Bolero Neo will feature a slightly updated grille with more prominent horizontal slats and newly-designed alloy wheels, while the headlamps, fog lamps and taillamps and its signature upright stance will remain unchanged. Inside, the SUV is likely to get wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless phone charging, ventilated seats, keyless go system with push button start and more.
Under the hood, the 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo will continue to feature the existing 1.5L, 3-cylinder mHawk 100 turbo diesel engine, producing power worth 100bhp and 260Nm of torque. Transmissions and drivetrain system will also remain unchanged.
2025 Mahindra Bolero Facelift
Details about the new Mahindra Bolero facelift are currently limited. However, the SUV is expected to come with minimal cosmetic and feature changes. It’s likely to use the existing 1.5L, 3-cylinder mHawk diesel engine that’s good enough for 75bhp and 210Nm. All variants will come with a manual gearbox.
