Mahindra & Mahindra is gearing up to launch the updated XUV700, Thar and Bolero Neo in the coming months. However, the company has not yet announced their official launch dates. All three SUVs are currently undergoing rigorous testing, and have been spotted multiple times revealing interesting design and interior details. Here’re the key details we know so far about the upcoming 2025 Mahindra XUV700, Thar and Bolero Neo.
2025 Mahindra XUV700 Facelift
The updated XUV700 is expected to come with a heavily revised front fascia, featuring a newly-designed grille with more slanted vertical slats, a revised lower section and new twin-pod LED headlamps. The side and rear profiles, however, are likely to remain largely unchanged. A significant feature upgrade will come in the form of a triple screen setup, borrowed from the XEV 9e. The dashboard will also be revised along with a new audio system.
The 2025 Mahindra XUV700 facelift will continue to use the 2.0L turbo mStallion petrol and 2.0L mHawk diesel engines, producing a maximum power of 200PS with 380Nm and 155PS with 360Nm, respectively. The SUV’s updated version might reach showrooms before the end of this fiscal year.
2025 Mahindra Thar Facelift
The new Mahindra Thar facelift will derive several design elements and features from the Thar Roxx. Design updates will include a new grille, resigned headlamps, tweaked front and rear bumpers, new alloys and revised taillamps. It’s likely to source a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a new digital instrument cluster, wireless phone charger, a 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats and even a Level 2 ADAS suite from the Thar Roxx.
Under the hood, the 2025 Mahindra Thar will feature the existing 152bhp, 2.L turbo petrol, 2.2 turbo petrol and 119bhp, 1.5L turbo diesel engines. Transmissions will also be carried over from the current model.
2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo Facelift
The latest spy images of the updated Mahindra Bolero Neo confirm that the SUV will receive newly-designed alloy wheels, while the size will remain unchanged. It will also feature a new grille with more prominent horizontal slats, while the headlamps, fog lamps, rear taillamps, high mounted stop lights and tailgate mounted spare wheel will remain unchanged.
Inside, the 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo might get a larger infotainment unit, ventilated seats, wireless charging pad, automatic climate control, push button start, keyless go system and more. Powering the new Bolero Neo will be the same 1.5L, 3-cylidnder mHawk 100 turbo diesel engine, generating a maximum power of 100bhp and 260Nm of torque.
